⚠️ 1. Error: “No Service” / “Network Unavailable”

Your phone is not connecting to the internet.

✅ Try This:

1. Check that all cables in the back of the phone are securely plugged in.

2. Make sure your internet/router is working.

3. Restart the phone: unplug it → wait 10 seconds → plug back in.

4. Wait 2–3 minutes. The phone should come back online.

📵 2. Error: “Line Unavailable” / “Account Not Registered”

The phone isn’t linked to your extension yet.

✅ Try This:

• Restart the phone as described above.

• Watch for the light next to your extension on the screen—it should turn solid.

🔇 3. Can’t Hear / No One Can Hear You

✅ Check These:

• Is the Mute button red? Press it again to unmute.

• Press Volume Up (+) during the call.

• Try switching between handset, speaker, or headset.

☎️ 4. Phone Not Ringing?

✅ Check for DND (Do Not Disturb):

• If you see “DND” on the screen, press the DND soft key to turn it off.

• Use Volume Up (+) while phone is idle to increase ringer volume.

📩 5. Voicemail Help

📥 To Check Voicemail (from your phone):

• Press the Message button or dial *97, then enter your password.

📥 From another phone in the office:

• Dial *98, enter your extension, then password.

📥 From outside the office:

• Call your office number, wait for the greeting, press *, then enter your extension and password.

• Or dial the voicemail access number if provided by your administrator.

🔁 6. Calls Dropping or Poor Quality

✅ Restart the phone first.
✅ Ask coworkers if they’re having the same issue.
✅ Let us know the date & time of bad calls for further help.

🧊 7. Phone is Frozen or Buttons Don’t Work

✅ Restart the phone.
✅ Try other buttons (like History or Menu) to refresh the screen.
✅ If using a headset, try unplugging it and using the handset or speaker instead.
