❓ Q: How do I check my voicemail remotely?

📞 How to Check Voicemail Remotely
To check voicemail remotely, this feature must be enabled on your account. It is usually configured during onboarding.

Steps:

1. 📲 Call your direct extension or the main business number and wait for the Auto Attendant or voicemail greeting.

2. ✳️ When the recording starts, press * (star).

3. 🔢 Enter your extension or mailbox number when prompted.

4. 🔐 Enter your voicemail password.

❓ Q: How do I reboot my phones?

🔄 Soft Reboot & Factory Reset

🔁 Soft Reboot:

1. Press and hold the (X) button located below the directional pad.

2. Wait a few seconds for the prompt: “Do you want to reboot?”

3. Select Yes — the phone will restart.

🛠️ Factory Reset:

1. Press and hold the (OK) button in the center of the directional pad.

2. You will see: “Reset to factory settings?”

3. Select Yes — the phone will reset to default settings.

💡 Additional Tip:
You can also reboot by unplugging the Ethernet and power cables, waiting 10 seconds, then plugging them back in.

❓ Q: How do I page a number?

📢 How to Page a Number

👥 To Page the Entire Office:

1. Dial your custom paging extension.

2. Everyone will hear your message, but they cannot respond.

3. 📞 Hang up when finished, just like a normal call.

🔁 To Page a Specific Extension:

1. Dial *80 followed by the extension number.

2. This creates a two-way page, allowing both parties to hear each other.

3. 📞 Hang up to end the page.

🔄 How to Transfer a Call

🚫 Blind Transfer (Unannounced):

1. While on a call, press the Transfer soft key.

2. Dial the desired extension or external number.

3. Press the Transfer key again to complete without speaking to the other party.

📣 Announced Transfer (Attended):

1. While on a call, press the Transfer soft key.

2. Dial the desired extension, then press the Call soft key.

3. 🎙️ Announce the call to the receiving party.

4. Press Transfer again to complete the handoff.

👥 How to Make a Conference Call

1. Dial the first party and wait for them to answer.

2. Press the Conference soft key.

3. Dial the second party.

4. Once they answer, press Conference again to merge the calls.
