What Was Happening:
Some clients were experiencing issues where fax records were not appearing in the portal or fax statuses were not displaying correctly, despite faxes being delivered to email.
What Was Done:
A critical update to the portal’s interface was completed by our development team to restore full visibility of fax records and status updates.
What You Should Do:
Please log in to your Cirrus 2 Fax Portal and verify that your fax user(s) are working properly. You should now be able to view all fax records and see status updates in real time.
